During each stage of the production process, every component is systematically checked and methodically tested. Whenever an imperfection occurs, we will analyses the problems and refined back to its dedicated standard. We will not tolerate imperfection products.


PALLADIUM PLATING (PDP)	IRON PLATING GOLD (IPG)	IRON PLATING SILVER (IPS)
Palladium plating provides excellent hard finish on the timepiece. It is usually use as a replacement for nickel plating. It is often mistaken as white gold because of its amazing white gray finish. Palladium can also be an alterative to Rhodium as they have the similar finish and durability. However , we also apply PNP Palladium Nickel Plating and PCP Palladium Cobalt plating on others applicable design.	Iron Plating Gold deposits a layer of gold finish on the watchcase or watchband. IPG can enhance the appearance and value of the timepiece. We usually equip IPG on our selected timepiece for both brass and stainless steel series.	Iron Plating Silver is similar with Iron Plating Gold. IPG can provide good reflection; wear resistance and great appearance on the timepiece. We usually equip IPS on our Brass models series.


Chit Tat understands that materials are important for the production of a quality timepiece. Therefore, we always demand excellent materials for our production. Tests are being performs by our suppliers to ensure the materials they provide are in the finest quality.			In order to maintain the highest standards, we use 3I6L materials to produce all stainless steel models. Besides that, the entire brass model collection series are absolutely nickel free. All watches produce by Chit Tat met the Europe market standard. We also produce watches in other high performance material such as Aluminums, Titanium and silver.

It takes several tests to ensure our timepiece met the require standards. For water resistance matters, cases are tested by the waterproof tester for its resistance ability. Vacuum water resistance testers are use to check on the water pressure ability after the assembly.

All the glasses are made of natural Swiss minerals, which can stands against great pressure. Impact experimental checks such as Resistance of watch glass/Crystal to a falling ball are also conducted to ensure the Quality of the glasses is in perfect condition.

For leather straps, they are AZO and PCP free. All leather straps had met the Germany government specification.

All movements use by Chit Tat is carefully selected to achieve excellent performance. This selection is highly monitor by our experience engineers to assure its reliability and performance ability.

For plating matters, cases and bracelets are meticulously plated to achieve a durable and marvelous appearance. We had developed different plating methods to achieve certain degree off appearance. There are several types of plating methods we usually practice in our production process. Examples like: IPG, IPS, PNP, PCP, PDP, Rose gold plating and etc.


Computerize sketches were drawn by our designer at the beginning of the designing process.			The designing model will than display as three-dimensional digital simulation. Every part of the assembling process will break down in different steps to calculate the measurements and dimensions of the dedicated timepiece.			Finally, the virtual timepiece will transform into technical drawing for practical procedures.
